On Wednesday, President William Ruto announced changes within his administration that would affect the Cabinet’s membership.
In the new appointments, the Head of State nominated Hannah Wendot to the Ministry of Gender and Culture, while Aden Duale was transferred to the Health Cabinet Ministry.
In the new round of cabinet reshuffles, the president nominated Deborah Barasa as the new Cabinet Secretary in charge of the Environment Ministry.
This Follows after President William Ruto recently hit out at Cabinet Secretary for Public Service Justin Muturi, saying he proved to be incompetent while serving as Attorney General.
